Katinka: the TSA webcasts many of their programs, which is a broadcast over the internet. A podcast is a program in itself in a form that can be downloaded and viewed on demand, most commonly on a computer or iPod. You can also subscribe to podcasts so that each new program is automatically added to your collection. iTunes has an incredible collection of free podcasts on just about every subject (save theosophy, of course). Many are also doing enhanced podcasts (audio programs embedded with graphics, links, etc.) and video podcasts.

Govert: Ja! You know I have a soft spot for the paradoxical idea of the freedom and creativity generated by limitations, which is the essence of skill. So, can I count you in?!

Denise: Thanks! We'll talk soon. Maybe I can incorporate some of your stunning art!

Chris,

Very intersting idea full of fun possibilities.

"In der Beschränkung zeigt sich der Meister!" as the Germans say.

I think their have been podcasts - but perhaps I don't have my vocabulary straight. Isn't a live lecture followed through the Internet a podcast? [You can probably tell video is not my medium]

Anyhow - love the idea. I personally love lectures as well, but it does get a bit old if it's always the same people up on that stage. We have so many smart people in the TS - this is one way of getting them to contribute. The theme 'time' comes to mind as one that can really be explained better by a whole lot of people.
